• Finance up to 90% of Purchase Price and up to 100% of Renovation
• 12 Month Term (extended terms available)
• “As-Is” appraised value must be great than $50K
• Minimum Credit Score 620

This program is intended for 1-4 unit, non owner-occupied properties including condos and townhouses.  While prior real estate investing experience is not required, it will affect leverage and pricing.
